            Troubleshooting (iOS)

            If you are seeing an issue in the app, it may be due to your user session expiring.

            First, please try logging out of, then back into your account from the app.

            If you are still seeing the issue, try re-starting your device, then logging back in and seeing if the problem persists.

            If so, please uninstall, then reinstall the app.

            To uninstall:

            - Tap and hold the Tagged app icon until all on-screen icons start 'wiggling'

            - To delete the app, tap the 'X' on the app, then tap Delete in the dialog box that displays

            You may download  and reinstall the latest app from the following link:

            If you continue to experience an issue, please use the ‘Contact Us’ selection in the App Settings menu, or the ‘Submit a Ticket’ option on this support page to let us know about the problem.
